# Research peptide quotation worksheet

Use one copy for one specified material and required quantity. Enter the supplier's actual quotation and source for each item. These fields are blank; they are not sample prices, supplier assessments or confirmed offers.

Write “not confirmed” when information is missing and “not applicable” only when you have established that it does not apply. Enter zero only when a charge is confirmed as zero. Preserve a response date and source when updating an entry.

## Delivered quotation

Use the same destination and currency for a direct comparison. Do not treat a missing charge as zero, or subtract a discount twice. If a supplier gives only a combined total, ask what is included before filling in a breakdown.

Delivered quotation total = goods subtotal − confirmed discounts not already included + delivery not already included + other confirmed charges not already included.

Optional allocation for a quotation containing only identical vials: delivered quotation total ÷ total quoted vial count = delivered cost per vial. Preserve the full order total and any surplus quantity. This allocation is not a comparison of unlike materials or a quality score.
