Privacy policy
Who we are
This website is operated by Sequence Club ("we", "us"), based at Jl Pantai Seseh, Bali, Indonesia. We are responsible for the personal information handled through this website and our order process, and you can contact us at hello@sequenceclub.co or on WhatsApp at +62 851 2154 2235. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights under Indonesian law, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer enquiries and fulfil research-material orders: your name, WhatsApp number and email address; your delivery address, city or regency, postal code and any delivery instructions; a Google Maps link you paste or, only if you choose to use the current-location button, your device's approximate coordinates; the products, quantities, referral code, order notes and preferred payment method you submit; and any payment confirmation you send us over WhatsApp. If you create an account, we also store your email and the name and WhatsApp number you save to your profile. If you place an order while signed in, we keep a record of that order — the products, quantities, totals, delivery details and payment method — and any referral activity and store credit associated with your account. We do not collect a date of birth, and we do not run advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Your cart and current-session delivery details are held in your own browser's storage.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries and confirm availability, process and deliver your order, arrange payment directly with you, provide support, administer the referral programme, keep records, and meet our legal obligations.
Legal basis
Under Law No. 27 of 2022 we process your data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit an enquiry and confirm the research-use statement), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the business. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where necessary and never sell it: with the delivery provider handling your order; with WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), through which orders are completed; with our email and hosting providers; and with authorities where required by law.
International transfers
Some services we use (for example WhatsApp/Meta and our email or hosting providers) process data on servers outside Indonesia. Where data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected consistent with Indonesian law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Cart and session data in your browser stays on your device until you clear it.
Your rights
Subject to Indonesian law you may access the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, and receive a copy of the data you provided. To exercise any of these, contact us at hello@sequenceclub.co. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the relevant Indonesian data protection authority.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website and our products are intended for research buyers, not minors, and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses your browser's local and session storage to remember your cart, hold your delivery details for the current session, and record that you confirmed the research-use statement. You can clear this at any time through your browser.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
