About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any order or enquiry you place with Sequence Club ("we", "us"), based at Jl Pantai Seseh, Bali, Indonesia. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or order from us.
Research use only
All products are supplied for research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, not for diagnostic or therapeutic application, and not for food or cosmetic use. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a claim of any medical, therapeutic or performance benefit.
Eligibility and acceptable use
By ordering you confirm that you are acquiring the products solely for research use and not for human or animal consumption or administration; that you are legally permitted to purchase, import, possess and use these research materials in your jurisdiction; and that you will store, handle and dispose of them safely and lawfully. You are responsible for confirming the legal status of any product in your own country or region before ordering, and you must not resell or supply the products as consumer, food, cosmetic or medicinal goods.
Products and information
Our products are research materials supplied as described on each product page. Each batch is documented with its identifier, testing scope and reported results. A certificate of analysis describes what was measured in a specific batch, within the methods and limits stated in that report, and is provided for reference only. Product descriptions describe what a compound is and, where relevant, what the published literature has examined — never what it does for any person or animal.
Orders and enquiries
This website is a catalogue and enquiry tool. When you send an order enquiry you are making a request, not completing a purchase. No order is binding until we confirm availability, price, delivery and payment with you directly. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where information is incorrect, or where we believe an order is not for genuine research use.
Pricing
Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may change. Any price shown on the website or in an estimate is indicative; the price that applies is the one we confirm at the point of order. We are not bound by pricing errors.
Payment
We do not take payment through this website. Payment is arranged directly with you by bank transfer or cryptocurrency after we confirm your order, and orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed. For cryptocurrency payments you accept the risks of network fees and price volatility; the amount payable is the amount we confirm.
Delivery
We currently deliver within Bali. Delivery is free on orders above IDR 2,500,000; below that, a flat delivery fee of IDR 100,000 applies. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
Because these are research materials, and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially not as described, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with details and, where possible, photographs; where a claim is verified we will at our discretion replace the affected item or provide store credit. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable Indonesian law that cannot be excluded.
Referral programme
Referral rewards are issued as store credit only. There is no cash payout. New customers receive a discount on their first order; referrers receive store credit on qualifying orders at the rates set out on the referral page. A one-off bonus in store credit is also granted at 3, 6 and 10 distinct confirmed introductions. You earn from the people you introduce yourself and from nobody else: there are no downlines, and nothing is earned from orders placed by people your introductions go on to refer. Store credit can be used for up to 50% of an order's value and cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. Rewards are recorded automatically when a referred order is placed, and become available once we confirm that order. We may vary, suspend or withdraw the programme, and we may withhold rewards where we reasonably believe it is being misused.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, layout and branding — belongs to Sequence Club or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Limitation of liability
The products are supplied for research use only and are used entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the misuse of the products, from any use other than research use, or from your failure to comply with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Indonesian law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your misuse of the products, your use of them other than for research, or your breach of these terms or of applicable law.
Compliance, import and export
You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your purchase, import, possession and use of the products, including any customs or import requirements in your jurisdiction.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia (Bali).
